THE 4 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
The legal pillars for your student visa in Spain
All long-term student visa applications must comply with the rules
established by the Spanish Government.
1. 20 Hours per Week
You must enroll in a full-time course with a minimum of 20 in-class hours per week at an accredited school.
2. Financial Solvency
You must demonstrate sufficient funds based on the IPREM index (~€600 per month of stay) in your bank account.
3. Health Insurance
A private Spanish health insurance with full coverage, no copays and no waiting periods is mandatory.
4. Clean Criminal Record
You must not have any criminal record in your country of residence (FBI Check or equivalent may be required).
